ABOUT ME
My name is Dylan Shannon and I am a 26 year old athlete & coach. I fell in love with working out when I was 14 years old and have been hooked since. I have been training for over 12 years and look forward everyday to the opportunity of getting better and improving myself.
My background includes a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from James Madison University, a Masters in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and 3 years of strength in conditioning experience working with college and youth athletes. As well as personal training and group fitness experience.
My custom monthly coaching is individualized and customized to you and your goals. My coaching is hands on where we work together to achieve your training and nutritional goals through structured workout plans and nutritional guidance.
My training plans take everything I have learned and done to help you get STRONGER, more EXPLOSIVE and more JACKED. These plans are all designed to progress you over the course of 8 weeks to develop strength, power, speed & size.
